This activity will take between 3-4 hours to complete and is ideal for groups. Most of the challenges have an easy and a harder option so you are not forced to always take the extreme route, but when you see the activity you will want to!

WARNING - This activity is strenuous at times and it includes scrambling over many rocks some as large as a truck, a small amount of swimming in open sea with waves and in wet clothes slowing you down, pull yourself across a rope at height, hanging onto rocks while waves crash against you, jump into the water several times from various heights and you will need to climb a 10m ladder to escape.

WHAT TO BRING - Whatever you bring you must expect it to get very wet! You will need to bring a pair of old running shoes you are happy to get wet. Men should bring board shorts and t'shirt to wear over your wetsuit for that personal style (Optional). Bring a mask if you want to enjoy some of the underwater sealife and rock formations (Optional). Bring a waterproof camera on lanyard (Optional). Remember that whatever you bring you need to carry!

Our first climb. We had a blast. Andrew and his colleague are great instructors. Managed to overcome my fear of heights ;) a great experience and I Definitely recommend to everyone... You must try this when visiting the magnificent Maltese islands. Don't forget the marvellous views at Ghar Lapsi. Thanks from all of us.

AMAZING!

During my 12 days in Malta I climbed 8 afternoons (six with Andrew and two with Kurt). We did my first multipitch route at a place near the Blue Grotto, I could try to climb with belay devices on a non-bolted route and one day Andrew and I went to Gozo to climb a new route to which I could give a name afterwards! Every afternoon we went to another beautiful place and Andrew always understood to challenge me - to sum it up: it was an amazing trip!
