Most people are surprised when they come to Malta and they discover the adventures we have to offer. Check out our reviews on TripAdvisor and we have some reviews we've included below. The weather is great, the rocks are clean but rarely climbed and the coastline makes a perfect place to climb, trek, kayak, swim and enjoy!

J'ai fait une excursion en VTT ainsi qu'une initiation à l'escalade et franchement, c'était une super experience. Les deux accompagnateurs que j'ai eu étaient très sympas et m'ont permis de profiter pleinement de ces activités !

A great morning out with Arno, a very patient and encouraging guide. Would truly recommend climbing with these guys.

I tried Sea Level Traversing with MC Adventure and it was a fantastic experience. My guide, Nico, was great... He brought us to a wonderful location near St Paul's Island which we would have never seen on our own in our short stay in Malta; he was also really helpful - and patient (it was my first time climbing outdoors!)
A big thank you goes to Andrew as well, who managed to organize everything perfectly even though I booked at the very last minute.
I will certainly climb again with them when I'm back in Malta and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for adventure on the island!

My friends and I wanted to go on an adventure holiday. I emailed MC Adventures and within a day they had put together a custom holiday including accommodation, transport and three day trips. They catered to our preferences and soon had a very reasonable quote for us.

When we arrived at the airport, a driver was waiting for us and brought us to our apartment. The apartment provided for the week was well above expectations for what we paid. It was clean, had plenty of space and amenities and most importantly for us was close to everything. Cynthia and the owner of the apartment gave us a few ideas for what to do on our days off.

Our first half day trip was rock climbing on the south west of the island. Andrew and Alwin met us there and quickly set up the climbs and showed us the basics/ important safety aspects. Both instructors were very encouraging but not pushy (they managed to get my friend who is terrified of heights about 10` off the ground). There were three climbs that were challenging but suitable for beginners (5a, 5b and 5c i think). We had great fun with Andrew and Alwin, Alwin stayed on a little longer and did an extra climb with us, even showing my friend how to belay.

The day after we went kayaking in a natural harbour for a half day. Again we were shown the basics and safety and we set off. I did not have much of a chance to chat to Mike and Marco as they led and followed respectively but they were very nice when I was talking to them. They were understanding of our fragile state (the clubs stay open until 5 in Paceville). The water was quite choppy when we left the harbour and was a little tough but the views from the water were amazing and varied. We even had time for a quick swim.

Our last trip was a full day with a speed boat in Comino swimming, snorkeling and sea level traversing with Andrew and Arno. This was the highlight of the holiday and would recommend this to anyone. The water in the blue lagoon was amazing.

I was a little disappointed with the snorkeling as I was expecting more sealife. In hindsight I know if I had said this, they would have started up the boat and found somewhere (the area we were in was quite busy and probably scaring the fish away). We stopped to eat very tasty, very inexpensive pizza and we went back in the boat.

I would probably stay clear of the sea level traversing for absolute beginners. It involved horizontal rock climbing above water without ropes. I throughly enjoyed it and Arno was a great instuctor always pointing out perfect footholds and handholds but it was a little frustrating at times and I know I would have enjoyed it so much more if I was more capable. Arno found us a easier route to build up our confidence and I really enjoyed it. We then moved onto a third route with an easy beginning getting progressively harder.

The day was as much about the boat ride and taking to Andrew and Arno as it was about the activities. I could have listened to Andrew all day talking about the Maltese people and language, the industry, the political and military history of the island and random personal stories. He even went out of his way to print off our boarding passes and drop them to our apartment the day after.

This is the perfect holiday for anyone looking to get into this type of thing and I'm sure it would be just as good for those with a little more experience as the company really caters to your needs and preferences. The price was also incredibly reasonable. Since returning home I have spent about two hours looking for jobs in Malta which I think says enough.

Wonderful first-time sea kayaking session with Gerald - a generous coach who makes good use of positive reinforcement techniques. MC administrators took on board our many questions beforehand and were very accommodating as regards times, needs, information giving, and so on. On the day everything went smoothly and we can't wait to go sea kayaking again - it's definitely our new holiday sport! Gerald drove us to a lovely location and the day felt adventurous while never leaving us feeling out of our depth - an ideal start to a new sport, and a lovely day in great company. Many thanks MC Adventure and many thanks Gerald - for being great company and a very thoughtful, helpful coach.

I went to do climbing with 3 of my friends, 2 weeks ago and all of us we liked this experience!!
We climbed during 3hours. For my friends it was their first time and the guide was very nice with them, all the explication of security were very clear and understanding for them!
